  • Transport augers

    Used in many sectors for different applications. Ducted augers are mainly used inclined where there is a difference in height between the loading and discharge points. Augers with conduits are usually level with the possibility of inspecting the screw for cleaning or maintenance. They are in embossed metal plate and welded painted, they can also be requested in stainless steel and for the food sector.

  • Rotary valves

    The drop-through rotary valve was created for dosing and discharging the different types of dust, shavings, wood chips, industrial waste and recycled refuse, even in large sizes. It has blades in rubber or wear-resistant material, has a good seal at low-medium pressure, withstands medium-high temperatures and can work with humidity of 50%.
    The valves can be used for dosing and discharging on filters and cyclones both under pressure and without pressure.
    Made in embossed metal sheet, welded and powder coated, they can also be requested in AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel and for the food sector.

  • Hoses and components

    Many types of rigid or flexible tubing and components compatible with our products.

  • Spare filters

    Most of the purification systems have three filtration stages – a pre-filter protects the High Efficiency Particulate Air, a filter for the finest particles (or micro-particles) and a filter for gas/chemical filtration.

    The control unit on our filters was specially developed to extend the range of functions of the fume extraction systems and much much more. The updatable control unit enables various cleaning methods to be programmed, guarantees an automatic or manual control system of the necessary capacity and continuous monitoring of the blockage of the filters. For this, the control unit is simply set up externally or integrated directly into the machine.

    Operating principle

    The cleaning switchboard controls all the functions of the system linked to cleaning the filter cartridges. It replaces any previously installed control unit and extends the range of functions and interface options of the system.
